Series Description
Fatigue can make it feel like we have the weight of the world on our shoulders, and it doesn’t always take into account how much we already carry. Exhaustion is political, social, economic, medical, spiritual, and more. Who is allowed to be tired, who gets tired, and who gets chronically tired are not coincidences, with the most marginalized and vulnerable often being the most impacted. Still, it is something that can impact almost anyone, not even massive wealth can protect from certain conditions (although obviously it helps access care and healing). While I am still tired, my fatigue has improved significantly from the spiritual and wellness tools that I have been gifted, have practiced, gathered, and experimented with for the last 24 years.
The Curriculum
This workshop series will be broken into two hour classes, which will be held from Monday, April 22nd 2024 from 5:30PM PDT to 7:30PM PDT for four weeks until May 13th 2024. Each class will include a bio break and will be recorded for access, you will have 90 days to watch each recording and then it will be deleted. If you need more time for access reasons, please email me. Please note that I work intuitively and based on the people in the container, so the following curriculum may shift to better meet your needs.
With your registration, you will receive a supportive PDF by Springlove with unique graphics, prayers, rituals, and more as a visual aid! You are not allowed to share this with anyone in this esoteric space, I will offer it before class as an act of centering access.
April 22nd : Trauma and the BodyMindSpirit: Deep dive into how trauma impacts every aspect of our existence from our bodies to our minds to our spirits and all the ways that they intersect. Institutional and systemic trauma, recognizing the ways that systemic oppression and colonization impact our systems, will always be included in the conversation. Students will come aways with a deeper understanding of Polyvagal Theory, the autonomic nervous system, the difference between the parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous systems, Ancestral Trauma, as well as how colonization has played a role in our collective traumatization.
April 29th : Intuition and the BodyMindSpirit: We will be invited to learn what intuition is and how it impacts the body, mind, and spirit. I will teach the difference between intuition and psychic abilities, how intiuition relates to Earth-Based Spirituality, and begin to touch on how we can feel the difference between intuition and trauma.
May 6th : Healing Trauma: In our third class we will be invited to deepen our understanding of healing trauma, both from a contemporary and Indigenous perspective. Students will come away with a few new tools for Vegal Tone, supporting the Inner Child, and how the Earth can ultimately support this journey.
May 13th : Strengthening Intuition: In our final class we will be invited to put it all together and more deeply practice our new intuitive skills, practices will be offered so that we learn to “feel” this difference in our bodies. Practices will be offered that will invite the senses, allowing us to learn in ways that are more accessible for our own particular strengths, gifts, and needs.

You will get the Zoom Link after registering, it may take a few days. If you do not receive a link by Friday, April 19th 2024 at 12PM PST please email me. Please also contact me if it is not accessible to fill out the google form and you need another registration option.
Payment
Sliding Scale $222 – $444+ (these rates are well below market rate for similar offerings) with Partial and Full Scholarship Options. You must either pay me or contact me via email to request a scholarship before the class begins in order to be considered fully registered. You are much more likely to receive a partial than full scholarship.
- I highly encourage people who have financial access to pay as much as they can, especially white folks or anyone with wealth, perhaps more than $444. This is to help fund folks who do not have access and support scholarships. How much you are able to give impacts how many scholarships I can offer, there is no shame in genuinely needing a scholarship!
- The only way that this model works successfully is when people give what they authentically can, remembering that we are all conditioned in a model of scarcity and that it is often uncomfortable to give in this framework, it will feel like a “stretch” to give what you authentically can.
- For people who cannot afford the sliding scale: I am offering scholarships to low-income, hypermobile folks. Priority for Black, Indigenous, and/or Palestinian hypermobile folks, as an act of reparations, if wanted. Please remember that Springlove is very low-income with high disability related expenses and that this is their life’s work.
- Please contact Springlove via email (accesscenteredmovement@gmail.com) to request a scholarship BRIEFLY explaining your situation.
Please submit your payments electronically via Venmo or PayPal.
IMPORTANT!!! You must choose “pay friends” so that I don’t pay a fee to Venmo or Paypal, if you are not comfortable with this please contact me for another payment option as I am not willing to pay them.
Payment info is on the Registration Form
Please email Springlove at accesscenteredmovement@gmail.com if you need to pay another way.
About the Teacher:
Springlove (antiracist/antiZionist white Jewish, disabled/ill queer) is a psychic medium, diviner, and 4-times Initiated High Priestess that began practicing movement, magic, and meditation over 20 years ago to manage their chronic pain and complex PTSD. They found, however, that most offerings were not accessible for their needs. With the support of Disability Justice activists, they created Access-Centered Movement and the AC Framework in 2016: a trauma-informed and intersectional framework that attempts to dismantle hierarchies of bodies and minds in virtual and physical spaces. Springlove is a registered Yoga teacher and personal trainer, and uses their vast knowledge of yoga therapy, dance, Pilates, Feldenkrais, Somatics, Vipassana meditation, Earth-Based Magic, and their lived experience as a sick and disabled queer survivor to offer support for those suffering from trauma and physical/emotional pain. Aware that the ancestors of some of the spiritual traditions they practice are not their own, they are committed to decolonizing their practice under the leadership of Indigenous elders. They currently reside with their cats, Hawthorn and Indigo, in the Pacific Northwest in Chinook Territory. They offer monthly rent to the Chinook Tribe to pay for the land they occupy as a settler.
